I have been using deal fun and came across numerous questions and issues.They seem to pride themselves on a customer support response time of less than 15 minutes.

I have sent numerous questions to this group and over the past 8 hours have not received one single response.

Examples of problems; 1) When I try to now use the "Buddy Bid" which is an automatic bidding, it starts out saying it is on, then within seconds comes back as if it never was started I have been using it all day but now it does not work.Other examples to follow
